Mystic Vale Studios accepts returns for regularly stocked items within 14 days of delivery.
Here's a breakdown of their policy:
- Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applied to approved returns, and shipping costs are deducted from the store credit.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Custom and Special Items: Custom and special items are not returnable.
- B-Stock, Closeout, or Clearance Items: These items are final sale and sold without warranty.
